Vueling Basic includes one small under-seat cabin bag. A larger 10 kg cabin bag is either bundled with TimeFlex, Optima, or Family fares, or bought as an add-on priced by route and timing.
The included Basic bag is 40 x 20 x 30 cm and must fit under the seat in front. That is the free path; an overhead cabin bag is a separate decision.
