What will the airline charge for a checked bag?

First determine whether your ticket already includes baggage. If it does not, the price can depend on the airline, route, fare, bag number, purchase timing, and currency. A published first-bag price should then be multiplied by travelers and directions—not treated as the price for the whole trip.
